Dear Friends,
Baruch Hashem many of you responded and offered your time to say tehillim for the safety of Eretz Yisrael and it has been tremendous Chizzuk. I just wanted to let you know that on the same googledoc if you click on the bottom where it says sheet2 you will see a list of all of the soldiers who are wounded and need our help. Next to the names of the chayalim is a colum that says mitzvah to do in their merit. If you wish to participate, please write a mitzvah that you plan to do in the merit that that Chayal should have a refuah shelema. It can be ANY MITZVAH! You can also have a few Chayalim's name in mind!

It can even be something you do already. Just remember to have those names in mind!

Examples:
-Netilat yedayim in the morning
-Reading a sefer
-Tehillim
-Baking Challah
-Limud Torah
-Say Brachos with their names in mind
-Give a coin to tzedakah every day
-random act of kindness
-daven an extra tefillah
-read a halacha of lashon Harah everyday

I'm sure you can come up with your own as well!

This is just another way to  be mechazek am Yisrael so please join me in helping!

Tizku L'Mitzvot,
Nava Kaniel

Hi Friends,
Below is to a is a spreadsheet for anyone who wants to say tehillim for the safety of our brothers and sisters in Eretz Yisrael. Particularly for the soldiers who are in Gaza at the moment. The Tehillim is divided into sections of 5 perakim each (if you wish to say more then please do.) If you would like to then great, but if not, then please forward this on to anyone you know so that we can get as many people as possible to daven. I know that I have more Kavanah when I'm in it with others. Please type in your initials by the sections you wish to say. I want to do it for as many days as possible, so lets try it week by week. At the end of the week just write if you have concluded your section(s). If you feel that 5 is too much then split that up with a friend! Everything and Anything helps. I think the situation in Eretz Yisrael speaks for itself, so please join in me in trying to contribute by means of Tefillah.

Tizku L'Mitzvot. IY"H may we also merit the redemption of Mashiach b'mehera b'yamenu amen!

Sincerely,
Nava
