Role : Business Analyst with toll collection industry

Location : Dallas, TX

Duration : 12+ Months

Interview : Phone and Skype (f2f if local)

MUST HAVE:

· Bachelors degree or higher in IT or related field

· 5+ years experience as a BA

o Including some hands on work with Software QA

· 3+ years experience working in the toll collection industry or other transaction based industry (such as tolls, banking, etc)

· Project/Program management experience or experience managing/coordinating across multiple IT systems teams

· Excellent analytical skills

· Excellent communication skills

· Strong reporting and documentation experience

· Experience effectively managing tasks, deadlines and individuals through vendor contracts

· Ability to interact with colleagues in a self-managed team structure

Very Highly preferred

· Experience working in the toll collection industry
