It's
that time again - where we meet, cook, serve and eat with our friends
at Union Station in Pasadena.
Please note: This month is a BIT different because we
will be cooking OFFSITE and delivering and serving the food at 8pm due
to a kitchen remodel currently happening at Union Station.
NOTE
THE CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We will meet at 2041 Amherst Dr. South Pasadena
91030 at 6:00pm on Tuesday the 3rd to use their kitchen and
oven to cook the chicken enchiladas.
It is important that you be there on time because of the special
circumstances this month with cooking and transporting the food. At the
house, we will need 5 onsite volunteers to assemble and cook Chicken
Enchilada casserole.
Here is the cooking team meeting at the house thus far:
Ali - Chicken, oil and seasonings (and all pans and utensils)
Chester & Irene - Tortillas & Salad & Dressing
Bobby Potts - Tortillas, Enchilada Sauce
Becky Trowbridge - Chicken & Peppers
AJ Nafius - Cool Whip
We have room for 2 more volunteers AT the location to cook and assemble
enchiladas. PLEASE RSVP to me.
Here is what I still need those volunteers to bring:
- Shredded
White and Cheddar Cheese (6 large bags)
We still need at least 5 other
volunteers to meet up with us at Union Station in Pasadena at 7:45pm to
serve and eat dinner and dessert with our friends.
Union Station Address is 412 S. Raymond Ave in Pasadena. There
is street parking or you can park in the parking lot just south of the
center.

Monday I will be
shopping for the remainder ingredients. If you would like to volunteer
