We are searching for a good average set of internal cowling airspeeds
that might cool a Lycoming reasonably well. Perhaps some of you have
measured top / front / bottom / exit airspeeds and found some
relationships that would be helpful to us measuring flow. Are there
individual air speed / air volume cooling goals for say a cylinders,
oil coolers, and accessories published or known out there?
