June 22nd Sejong Society Event - REMINDER

I just want to send everyone a reminder for this Thursday's event with
Dr. Katy Oh. Dr. Oh is a highly accomplished, and highly respected
specialist on the Korean Peninsula, and on Northeast Asia. Dr. Oh is a
Research Staff Member at the Institute for Defense Analyses, and a
Non-Resident Senior Fellow at The Brookings Institution. She conducts
research on North and South Korean politics and economy, Inter-Korean
relations, East Asian culture and society, and on U.S. foreign and
security policy toward East Asia.
In keeping with this month's theme, Dr. Oh will speak on the topic of
"Why Should Americans Care About Korea?"

The Sejong Society is a new organization that is dedicated to educating
and
informing young Americans, regardless of background or experience,
about North and South Korea, and the United States' state of relations
between the two countries. The objective of the Sejong Society is to
prepare the next generation of specialists on Korean affairs to think
critically about U.S. foreign policy towards North and South Korea.
As always, please tell your friends and colleagues about this week's
