Public Health Day Event

"Regarding our event, I absolutely love your idea. We expect there to be around 150 people that will attend the event, as we plan to target students as they are walking to class or walking home. As a reminder, the event will take place April 8th from3-7 pm. We ask that participating organizations arrive between 2:45 and 3:00 pm to check-in at Kroeber Plaza. A representative will be present near the tables at the plaza and will be ready to guide you to your table. Please bring any necessary signs, fliers, and supplies for your activity or area of outreach. Please let me know if your organization is only able to come for a certain portion of the event as well. If you need any more assistance in preparation for the event, please let me know how I can assist you. "

Here's the info for the Public Health Day on April 8th for those who are going. Sign ups are on the master spreadsheet. Thanks for those who are going to be there, and if you're the first slot, please get in contact with me to get any materials I might be able to give you for the event.
