SOH Spring 2016 Meeting Times

Hello team,

Hope everyone had a fantastic new year so far, and welcome to all our new members! With the first day of classes tomorrow, it's crucial that we start off strong and work our way to our goals. The following is a whenisgood for our permanent meeting time for this semester. Please indicate by 1/20 at 9pm when is best for you. 

If you do not complete the poll by this time, you will be considered disassociated from the organization. 

If we do not find an alternative time that suits everyone, we will keep our meeting times on Sunday @ 8pm.

I look forward to your responses and am excited to bring you updates and start preparing for our HWF and plan our goals for the semester. Thank you again for your interest and continued hard work. This semester, I am confident we will near the end of our preparation and start to build this clinic.

Thanks all for filling out the survey - it looks like Tuesday @ 8PM is the time that works for nearly everyone. Please plan to meet next week, 1/26 for our first meeting, location TBD. It is extremely crucial that you make it out to this meeting, as it will set the precedence for the rest of our semester.
