I understand that most of us are busy with midterms and other obligations; our meeting times as of now are not the most effective use of our time when we only go over reports on donor and boothing contacts for 20 minutes. So instead of having a meeting today, please send me (and cc Pam) the following info tonight by 8pm via email:
HWF Team
1. Who have you contacted this week and how did it go? Does the org or company have an interest in coming to the event?
2. What will this group do present at the event?
3. Did you follow up with the group you contacted last week?
4. Update the master spreadsheet for the HWF
Equipment Team
1. Who did you contact and what did you ask for? What method was used in your contact?
2. What is the status of your contact?
3. What is the status of your contact from last week?
4. Please update the MSS for equipment contacts
Please send your emails today by our regular meeting times and update your respective MSS. If we find that members are not making progress, failing to update the MSS, or failing to send their emails on time with the full correct response, we will strongly consider switching back to regular physical meetings to encourage accountability.
