Warmup=2XFRANKENSTEINS/WALKING LUNGES/BUTT KICKS/HI KNEES/SKIPS 2X100M STRIDES/JOG BETWEEN
Workout=5X1200/3MIN REST
Cooldown=4x50M STRIDES/JOG BETWEEN 12XHEEL RAISES/TOE RAISES/1-LEG SQUAT
