Dick Rose Racing Rules Seminar---Topics: How rules 11, 16 and 17 are used at the start and on off wind legs. Overlaps at the leeward mark. If time permits, rules and tactics on the windward leg. Question period for questions from the audience.
Dick Rose is coming to give a mini-seminar from 6:30 to 9:15ish on Tues. March 30th. Dick is one of the leading authorities on the planet regarding the sailing racing rules, having written many of them. He writes the Rules column in Sailing World amongst many sailing achievements. He has been to the BYC before lecturing to a sellout crowd.
