I know all of us are probably picking up other work and putting money
away for the move and the idea of living in poverty for sometime but
why don't we have one sort of last hurrah before that time. A way to
come together, meet (for those of us that haven't met), exchange ideas
and get down to the business of finding out just how we get along.

And I personally think a great place for this would be Las Vegas. Now I
might be alone on this idea but I find it a good one. The shows, the
gambling, the bars, the 24 hour sale of alcohol. Nothing like a place
dedicated to illusions and fantasy to make the idea of creating real
art more tangible.

But if that doesn't appeal or is out of affordablity for people I still
think we should come together sometime because we've touched bases
electronicly but face to face is something else.

Come on it'll be fun,
Sal

I'm all for meeting up for several days. Las Vegas?
I'm not sure that would work out for me. It would cost alot I think. I'm just now applying the brakes to my spending and let's just say there are some dark skid marks behind me. Could we go or meet somewhere where we don't have to pay for lodging?

Las Vegas sounds awesome if we could make it cheap I would be there. If we
couldn't make it cheap I say we meet somewhere where we can make it cheap.
There's always Las Cruces, party capital of the USA. Whoo-hooo!!

What about New Orleans? That's like the battered step sister of Las Vegas. Its even the same number of syllables.

Staying Downtown in Vegas makes it cheap. I stayed at the Plaza last
summer for 32 dollars a night. And that got two decent sized queen
beds. Pillows sucked but that's an easy enough fix.

But meeting somewhere where not paying for lodging is good too.

I'm cool with whatever is cost effective.

I would love to get back to New Orleans for a bit. I miss it, and I would be
really happy if all of you could see it. I don't know how much more cost
effective it is than Vegas though. Maybe if we could find a place for all of
us for free, which is a vague possibility. Gannon and I will look around.
Otherwise, I say Cruces. Or Austin if yall prefer. Just the time off from
work is enough to kill me financially. I need to stay for free. And I need
whereever it is to be a one day drive. The only person I think might have
trouble coming to this meeting is Kira. Hey, Kira could you do this? When
could you do this? What if we pitched in some money for a ticket? I don't
know if that's possible. Like I said, I'm broke. I think the majority of us
are. But what if?

I think this is a really good idea, Sal. I do think we all need to meet and
talk and come together before we come together in Seattle. But I want us ALL
there. What about Thor? Thor are you still tentatively in? Would you want to
come to this meeting? Could you?

I am cool with meeting up.  I will be out of town until April 1st possibly the 15th on tour.  But after that I may have a summerstock Job but if so that won't be until May.  So I guess I have like a month window where I can kinda do whatever.

I am poor though so yes, cheap is good!

XOXO,
Brenda
