We cover ground quickly, focusing on the connection, musicality, and technique necessary to execute each figure gracefully.

TANGO DRILLS To dance a simple close-embrace tango useful around the world requires a few classes and a lot of time actually dancing. To go beyond those few simple steps and become truly creative in the dance requires a certain amount time actually training the body for more sophisticated movement. Anyone can do this, but it takes time and discipline. Guidance is very helpful in this, so we have incorporated drills into all of our higher level classes. For those students who want to get better faster, we are now offering an extra drills class once a week, focused solely on exercises to train you body, and led by professional career dancers. This is not a series, so you can drop in anytime you feel like you could use a little extra practice, or come every week to see some major results.
Drills classes are drop-in. There is no need to pre-register.
