Pompano Jerry and Captain Howell have been catching the fish like
crazy, right off the beach, so many ways to cook them!

Easy Energy Saving Dishwasher Fish
Lay out enough tin foil to roll your average thickness (1") filet of
fish in, leaving room to triple fold and crimp the edges.
Coat fish with whatever spread or sauce you wish, for example, a
sqeeze of lemon, butter and diced garlic, or a mixture of mayo, dijon
and spices, or brush with olive oil, adding capers or olives and fresh
parsley or other herbs.
Wrap the fish in foil securely crimping all edges.
Place in dishwasher on top rack.
Now, wash your dishes while your fish "cooks".
When dishwasher cycles have finished, remove fish and enjoy!

I say put on a full slap(as opposed to a little slap of make up) dab on
perfume and say"oh baby woncha take me on a sea cruise"...or just take me to
the little hut on the river.

Margarita Tilapia
This one is so EZ!
Take your fish fillets and rinse them off, set down in a marinating
dish, pie pan or any pan, platter or wide bowl.
Cover with margarita mix such as Jose's and/or a shot of tequila to
taste.(alcohol burns off)
Refridgerate for 1-3 hours to marinate.
Cook over the grill in a fish basket if you have one, otherwise clean
and pam your grill prior.
Depending on the thickness of your fillets, cook apx 5 minutes per
side (this is average for a 1 inch thick fillet).
It's done & delicious when it's fluffy and white inside. Enjoy!
