Shortcuts

Hi,

I really like the Screenshot and Video-Feature. My feature request
would be the possibility to define shortcuts to these functions. I
think it's unhandy and takes too long to use the buttons. So global
shortcuts - without the need to have the ScreenCamera window active -
would be really great.

PS: Your german-translation is horrible. It seems to be translated by
google or something like this. Your homepage and the program... It
would be a favor to me, if I could get the "official" german
translator, but it would at least cost you an endless update-time for
me ;-)

Hi Uwe,

Your feature request is already on the list of alterations for future
releases. Snapshot and recording will have configurable hot-keys to
activate them.

About the german translation of ScreenCamera, I can defenitely use
your help, but I would ask you to wait a few weeks because
ScreenCamera 2.0 will be released with a lot more text to be
translated so we can maybe do the full translation then.

OK, just contact me by that time.
I noticed a little bug (?). The size of a recorded video can't be
changed. It seems like it is always 640*480

Actually you can record ScreenCamera which is by default 640x480, or
you can record your full desktop in whatever resolution you use.

However, for future releases ScreenCamera WMV recording will allow you
to configure recording dimensions, bit-rate, and several other
settings.

As you can see there are a lot of innovations that will be added to
ScreenCamera in the near future.
