Query: WA State - Battery Build Event

Hi Fellow Coaches,

I am finding it hard to build a battery following specification, i.e. using max 100ml  5% Vinegar to produce 5V on 1K Ohm Register.

is there anyone successful in producing such Voltage with load? Just wanted to know if this is feasible or not.
