Hovercraft costs

[PTMS Science Olympiad]

Folks,

 Does anyone have a good handle on how much it costs to build a Hovercraft for the event ?

 Do schools that send more than one team do one per student (before team selections), or just enough based on the number of teams ?

We have three teams and will be building three hovercraft. One of my coaches came up with the attached list of supplies. Less than $30/devce.

We typically have students share devices so you have more flexibility when scheduling. The builder of the device must be on the 15 person team that day
