My last post I whined about leaves. After that both my neighbors were ripping through their leaves with blowers. They finished their entire lawns while I plodded through my side yard with a rake.

I solved that problem with technology: I bought the biggest, most powerful blower I could find. Mission accomplished. My couch time is saved!

This little guy above is a new friend Stephanie and I met at Edward's Orchard in Winnebago. He was celebrating his 8-day birthday. Steph wanted to take him home, but I convinced her to settle for a big bag of apple donuts and some cider. He would have fit in nicely with Lucy the Queen Havanese and Albi the Magical Bunny.
