A great deal has happened since I last blogged, so here's a quick update.

Stephanie, Andrew and I travelled to Hilton Head for a great vacation with the Skymeat Family. It was great to spend time with Steve, Mel and Kyle. Lots of sun, great food and some very entertaining golf rounds.

KSB reclaimed the team title at the Reagan Run 5K at the Dixon Petunia Festival. It was the first time since 2005 that we took the title. The Reagan Run has grown to over 1,200 runners in its eleven year history. I placed third in my age group with a pedestrian 21:50. It's a bit frustrating to not physically be able to train as consistently as I want to, but at least I'm still out there competing.

June 11 is my second triathlon of the season. I have very intention of completely selling out on this one, as I've identified this as my "A" race of the season.
