I'm currently reading "Know What Makes Them Tick" by Max Siegel. The author is a successful executive of a music label and may be best known for his involvement with Petty Auto Racing (That's Nascar for those of you (like me) that have no interest in the sport).
Siegel takes a focused look at how to identify what people want out of negotiations and how to create win-win situations.
