Pls be reminded to submit the list of deliquent and late comer students at the Guidance office using the Attendance monitoring sheet form right after you submitted your Prelim grades. The purpose of this report is to ensure all of our students at these category are properly monitored and guided so that when the final period comes and there would be complaints why these students failed on their enrolled subjects, we have sufficient evidence aside from our class records that they failed to complied with our set course requirements..
