Thanks to all the folks who came out last night. We had a good group and yes Phixie Phil Von Furstenburg got to sprint.

We will be there next Tuesday, 1st race is at 6:00 PM, but get there when you can. We went for over an hour. If you can’t make it promptly at 6, there will plenty left by the time you arrive.

We did change the format a bit.

5 races

1 neutral lap on the small loop

2 race-pace laps on the big loop.

1 Recovery lap

We had a little something for everyone. Plenty of attacks, feints, counters, gaps, slingshots, and even some Madison Throws.

Really good speed/interval training.

If you don’t show Ricky Bobby has a little something for you.

Come on out for the inaugural “if you ain’t first your last” Tech Tuesday World Championships.

6:00 PM

5 “races”

3 laps each

Re-group after each “race”, recover and go again

Some past winners have sent some encouraging words:

Bill “Shake and Bake” Sellers:      “I only ever learned to count to one!”

Josh “I’m not pushing you, you fat @%#$” Barrett:          “I’m going fast again!”

Paul “It’s still not as fast as the track” Jaqua:        “…do any of you guys wanna go fast?”

Wheels down 6:00 PM. Will be rolling for at least 1.5 – 2 hrs so if you can’t make 6,  get there when you can.

Mitch “I break ribs like your sister breaks wind” Askew has kindly offered the following advice:

“If you find you're scared to bridge a gap, take pulls, attack, or get dropped then maybe it's time to stop chasing rainbows and take up river-dancing.

-Don't be a Nancy!

Rule IX - Love The Work!

And you can quote me on that! The principal.”

It is around a circle Leanne so both are irrelevant ... You can stop when you want and are never more than a half mile from your car and if you get dropped you can get back on next lap.  :)

All are welcome and all can benefit from this training. go as fast as you can for as long as you can, sit in, hang on and enjoy the speed. if you get popped, come back around and wait for the next heat and do it all again.

Had some real horsepower there tonight. I was going 32mph trying to reattach to the back of the train, and it rode away from me like I was standing still! (Mitch, i will be joining my niece in Celtic dance lessons next week)

thanks to the folks who showed up to ride.( over 20 people)

thanks to all the hardasses  for making the attacks, chasing and keeping the speed up

see ya'll next Tuesday
