Thanks to all the folks who came out last night. We had a good group and yes Phixie Phil Von Furstenburg got to sprint.
We will be there next Tuesday, 1st race is at 6:00 PM, but get there when you can. We went for over an hour. If you can’t make it promptly at 6, there will plenty left by the time you arrive.
We did change the format a bit.
5 races
1 neutral lap on the small loop
2 race-pace laps on the big loop.
1 Recovery lap
We had a little something for everyone. Plenty of attacks, feints, counters, gaps, slingshots, and even some Madison Throws.
Really good speed/interval training.
If you don’t show Ricky Bobby has a little something for you.

Come on out for the inaugural “if you ain’t first your last” Tech Tuesday World Championships.
6:00 PM
5 “races”
3 laps each
Re-group after each “race”, recover and go again
Some past winners have sent some encouraging words:
Bill “Shake and Bake” Sellers: “I only ever learned to count to one!”
Josh “I’m not pushing you, you fat @%#$” Barrett: “I’m going fast again!”
Paul “It’s still not as fast as the track” Jaqua: “…do any of you guys wanna go fast?”

Yep, I got to sprint! It was AWESOMETASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Despite both Steve "the freight train" Scheonberg and Bill "I ain't buyin', I'm sellin' " Sellers teaching me that if you are not first, you are last!) I'll keep looking for my sprinting legs...

Wheels down 6:00 PM. Will be rolling for at least 1.5 – 2 hrs so if you can’t make 6, get there when you can.
Mitch “I break ribs like your sister breaks wind” Askew has kindly offered the following advice:
“If you find you're scared to bridge a gap, take pulls, attack, or get dropped then maybe it's time to stop chasing rainbows and take up river-dancing.
-Don't be a Nancy!
Rule IX - Love The Work!
And you can quote me on that! The principal.”
