We plan to do some criterium practice on the short course at Georgia Tech tonight!
Probably several short distance races on the short loop. Work on your cornering prowess and participate in some good interval training. Since racing has already started, you should be ready to go! If you aren't quite there yet, this is a great way to catch up.
Nestor Cup flyers will be available and questions answered on the spot!
Hope you can attend and help us make tonight a great training ride like the good 'ole days!
