First Draft of Rally Guide 1 is online

I was down in Cheraw last week gathering information for the Rally
Guide. I apologize that it is late (scheduled publish date was the
15th, four days ago) and not as developed as I would like at this
point.
The outline for this Rally Guide is based on the format used for the
New Zealand WRC event. As you can imagine, it is quite detailed: their
Rally Guide 1 was 28 pages and Rally Guide 2 was 123 pages!
While my document is only 13 pages at this point, I hope that some of
the information presented may help you. Some of it is the sort of thing
that is most useful when you're _at_ the rally, like phone numbers to
parts stores, or what times the supermarket is open. The full outline
is in there, so you can see what kind of information is coming.
