Queridos entusiastas de la música latina:
We're playing at two wonderful venues this weekend. On Saturday we're back to the Carolina Brewery in Pittsboro. They have a very nice patio with outdoor service in front of a beautiful stage with plenty of room for dancing. We play at 7pm.
On Sunday bring your picnic lunch out to Weaver Street Market in Carrboro. Starting at 11am we'll brighten your day with tunes from Cuba and other points south. Lawn chairs or blankets are recommended. Dancing encouraged. If you like what you hear, please come up to the tip basket and contribute. The owner of Carrmill Mall (which is not WSM) discourages the bands from carrying the basket around, and that's frustrating to us, but of course there is nothing to stop our fans from helping each other by passing it around. Anyway, the most important thing is to come and enjoy. See you there.
