Job Summary:
· Must have experience of 6 to 13 years in to Salesforce Administration.
· 5+ years as SFDC admin with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations for the user base greater than 100 users.
· Salesforce.com Administrator certification, 201 SFDC Developer certification as a big plus.
· SFDC Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
· Solid ability to gather, document and execute detailed specifications from high level requirements with little supervision.
· Bachelor’s degree.
· Experience of integration/development b/t SFDC and Google Apps such Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs (Nice to Have) .
· Communication: Must have great verbal and written communication skills and be able to work in a team environment with minimal oversight.
· Proficiency in data reporting and dash Boarding.
