Responsibilities:

·         Provide Salesforce applications technical L2/L3 Incident management support.

·         Resolve user issues submitted via ticketing system, phone or email.

·         Work on Salesforce user issues related to Apex Code and Administration activities (E.g.: Lightning Code related component code related issues, business data issues, Reports, Dashboard, Integration code related issues, etc.).

·         Work on root cause analysis and resolve user issues submitted via ticketing system, phone, or email and provide solutions to Salesforce development teams (after P1-P3 Incident analysis).

·         Able to develop and deliver Minor, Medium level Salesforce enhancements using Salesforce Lightning code.

·         Automate manual enterprise operations tasks and optimize business process to reduce workloads & create proficiencies.

·         Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyse information needs and functional requirements.

·         Setup calls with MCS (Salesforce Support) teams to provide root cause on any Salesforce major issues.

·         Manage users, data, and security and sharing.

·         Must have Salesforce Administration and Good to have Dev Platform 1 Certification.

·         Willing to learn new development applications (related to Salesforce application) to provide support.
