Spreader guide part? Source?

Hi

I don't know whether this forum is still active--no recent posts, but I like to imagine that you're all busy sailing!  ...not that mistrals are going extinct :D  

We have an old Mistral 4.04 (or Mistral 12, I suppose).  We haven't sailed it for years and recently discovered that one spreader sleeve / guide is missing (photo).  

Local marine supply is pretty limited here (Winnipeg, CA).  One local dealer suggested duct tape. Before we go that (undignified) route, does anyone have success ordering such parts as this ...from anywhere in North America? Or might you have any spare parts of your own to sell? 

Thanks for any advice (Maybe it's embrace duct tape?)
