Dear Mrs. Wathodkar & Members of MC, SCH Society,

Due to pandemic related travel restrictions and not being in Mumbai, it was not possible to attend the AGM scheduled this morning (29th Aug 2021 10:30 AM).

I hope the meeting went off well and that I will receive the meeting minutes and a summary of the decisions taken soon by email.

I note that Item 9 of the AGM agenda mentions "missing share certificates and allotment letters will be provided by society to members who have cleared their dues".

I have cleared all dues and I believe I have provided all the required documents requested by our society for individual files. If there is some document or information missing from my side, kindly let me know.

Till now, I have never received the share certificate and plot allotment letter related to Plot N. 5 purchased by me.

Since I am unable to come in person to collect the same from the society office, I kindly request you to send me the same as soon as possible by Registered Speed-Post or by Courier to my home address given below:
