Hi everyone,

Wanted to remind you that the Grandview-Woodland Area Council is meeting at Britannia (LRC room under the library) Monday night at 7pm.

Three important topics are on the agenda:

1. Update on container Truck traffic in the neighbourhood caused by PortMetroVancouver’s closing the Clark drive entrance to container trucks

2. Residents’ concerns about the housing complex proposed for First and Victoria, as well as information from proponents of the project

3. A Local Area Plan for Grandview-Woodland will soon be developed by the City in consultation with the community. Residents who participated in developing the plan for Mt Pleasant will speak about their experience of this process and how it worked out for their community.
