Manjeera Water Connection to SSPH

There is no information regarding Manjeera connection in AOS or CA under amenities. Sales team say that it will take time to get manjeera water connection but its a oral communication. Anyone got written confirmation in AOS or CA.

No written confirmation will be given. I have confirmed this from head office.

Also inquired local shop owners in this area... currently no one in this zone has a manjeera connection. People get bore water for around 8 months and for summer they depend on water tankers. For drinking, 20L bottles are available.

Point to be considered: There is well planned rain water harvesting in Symphony project. And there are no major multi-storey residence buildings in around 180 acres area(only villa projects). So there should be no water scarcity atleast for this zone.

We should get written confirmation, otherwise safeway will shake their hands that getting manjeera connection is not within their limits.

Getting written confirmation is not in those hands who has already booked and made some payments. It will be in hands of new buyers who should force safeway to provide written confirmation on manjeera connection. 

Greenfields which is just opposite to Rainbow international school is a open huda layout and apartments/flats will be constructed in this area. Already one apartment is constructed which is ready to occupy and more to come in future.Ofcourse, big high rise apartments are not visible at this moment but in future they will definitely come and water scarcity will occur in near future, just like how it is in Kukatpally, Miyapur, Nizampet ..etc
