I have just started using sst-3.0.0 with gem5 and DRAMSim. I couldnt find any documentation of how do you set the architecture for simulation (through config files) and also how do you get the performance result from it?

Thanks

Hi,

The input configuration for SST is specified in an XML file. There are a
number of these examples which ship in the various components with SST.
You can change the parameters as needed to match your proposed system.

The performance results depend on what you are looking for - runtime?
Counts etc? Can you provide some context?

Thanks.

I am interested in performance metrics first (IPC for example) and also power breakdown in cores, caches and memory.
