New SST/micro wiki page

I've create a wiki page summarizing the components that have interfaces to SST/micro. Please check it out. It's a wiki, so update it if you see inaccuracies. If it's more convenient, email me the corrections and I'll fix it.

This is a great page thanks. Added a few descriptions. We will probably want to add our component technology readiness level measure to these when we have settled on what these mean but that's still being discussed.
