SPS Aligning and the Summer Begins

Dear all,

 

            I hope the close of the year is finding you well. I am sending this e-mail for two reasons: 1) SPS Alignment news continues to buckle and shift in the background, and 2) I accidentally shut off the automatic e-mail updates to the Google Group for many of you, long ago, actually.

            On the Google Group, http://groups.google.com/group/SPSaligning, you will find posts about latest School Board meetings, a long-sought gathering of Roosevelt teachers and alignment leaders, powerful letters that include general actions by Franklin and Center School LA departments, a trail of money, and of course, political intrigue.

            If you want to be getting the updates in your e-mails, or if you’ve been getting them and they’re clogging up your peace of mind, click on “Edit my membership,” and make the change.

Good afternoon,

 

Thank you very much for providing this information.  I had gone to the community meeting in May with school board member Harium Martin-Morris and sent him and Ms. Vasquez a long email thereafter.  She sent me what read as a very canned reply to which I have not responded.

 

I appreciate being given the opportunity to sign up for the Google group and will figure out tonight how to post to this group.
