Dear All,
Please forward a 1-page proposal for the Executive Development Programme for the faculty by the end of this week as we would like to start the EDP right after Eid (Hari Raya Aidil Fitri). You are going to be paid according to your grade for the work that you have done (i.e., Lecturer/Senior Lecturer RM150, Assoc. Prof. RM200). This means a DS45 Lecturer should be able to earn RM1200 per day for her/his work. The proposed workshop can be done in a day or two. Minimum participation per workshop should be 20 people per workshop. As a start, your course is going to be targeted to the the government servants (N17/N22) working in Labuan, Sabah and North Sarawak (Lawas, Limbang & Miri). The courses can be done in the weekend or weekdays. Some samples of the workshop are available in our general office (ask Madam Sekin).
This is basically the formula:
20 participants (RM200 per participants) = RM4000
Speaker's fees (RM150 per hour x 8) = RM1200 (paid to your A/C)
3 refrehments (RM30 x 20 = RM600
The remaining RM1200 return will be shared - 70% (RM840) goes to FKAL and the rest goes to UMS.

P/S: For this reason, you will get full consultation points as well (e-LNPT). Do not hesitate to propose more than 1 course if you like.
A senior lecturer/senior lecturer who can actually conduct 3 courses per month (3 days of his calendar month) will receive RM3600.
An associate professor who can actually conduct 3 courses per month will received RM4800.
So why wait?
