Important: STUG meeting tomorrow and practice run on Friday

At tomorrow's meeting we will need to get ready for the practice run
of our forum. The practice session will be on Friday and tomorrow's
meeting will consist of getting things ready for it. Dr. Tyler and
Dr. Ralston will be at the practice session so we can hopefully get
everything sorted out. It will be from 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM.

The main thing that needs to be done is planing out exactly how it
will work. Along with that we need to start to sort out some of the
details such as advertisements and other logistics.

Its really important that everyone shows up tomorrow so that we can
get things done. If you can't make it be sure to respond to this
email. Also, if you have any ideas on how we can make the practice run
on Friday successful be sure to include them so our meeting tomorrow
can go smoothly.
