Vote on BoD Rules Proposals

SPA Members,

   The BoD has recommended four rules changes as detailed in the latest newsletter. It is time for the membership to vote on these proposals. After 4 days of voting only 20 votes have been cast. I know that there are more of you out there, so let's get going and vote on the proposals!
