Rules proposals

This year the Board of Directors proposed four changes to our rules. The membership has had the opportunity to vote on these - 51 votes were cast:46 yes and 6 no so the rules proposals have been approved. Details of the proposals are in the Winter Newsletter on the web site. The next step is for the Board to draft and approve changes to the By Laws and Comp Guide to reflect these changes. Thanks to everyone who voted.
