All concerned parents, students and K-12 after school program lead are invited to tune in to Internet Radio Station KWBY or Kids at West BaY at: www.westbaycenter.org and watch a live interview of SFPD Chief Greg Suhr about how to prevent our students from being a victim of violence.

Does your child or grand child know what to do if confronted by violent thugs and criminals? Will they know what to do if a mugger demand their cell phone and wallet? What should your child do if someone try to drag her into a waiting van? How should your child respond when being threatened with a knife? What should your children do if they find a loaded gun?

Do they know about Safe Zones and where they are located?

Police Chief' Suhr's advice to the students in the SoMA After School Academic Enrichment and Mentorship program will air at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, August 23, 2011.
