Trying toi connect Centos 5.6 (Uname = 2.6.18-238.19.1.el5PAE #1 SMP Fri Jul 15
08:15:44 EDT 2011 i686 athlon i386 GNU/Linux)  AND an AT&T USBConnect (a/k/a
Sierra Wireless 881) USB UMTS card together and get IP.

Trying to diagnose if AirCard is good or bad or if the users (not in my hands) router
is good or bad.  The air card gives two green lights.

Other than monster Centos kernel patching operations is there any loadable module
to talk to the USB Air Card on Centos 5.6?  My PC expert talked me thru loading Vista
drivers but could not tell if Windows ever saw the Air Card, card or its service could
be dead.
