Desired Candidate Profile
Incumbent is expected to have about 8-12 years of total experience
Exposure to pre-sales, solutions designing on virtualization/cloud
computing/virtual data centers/SAAS solutions for customers
Engage in complex technical discussions with customers and liaise
internally with product and technical teams to build simple solutions
Abillity to articulate, present solutions to customers
Excellent oral & written communication, interpersonal skills are a
must


Job Description
Incumbent is expected to participate in;
RFP Strategy consultation and customer panel presentations. (no
content generation)
At this level, typically support both smaller less complex accounts as
well as large accounts
Works off an overlay quota
Recommends product configurations to assist with overall system design
and integration
Identifying potential uses for products or technologies, and points
out issues for using them to meet business needs
Providing insight and advice to customers concerning applicability of
specific products and technologies
Consult other product specialists, managers, or cross functional
technical groups to ensure consistent product solutions
