Hi students!  I really could use a few volunteers on Thursday evening to help set up and take down this event:
 http://www.eventbrite.com/event/9191519081
It will have tons of professional contacts for you plus it is helpful for the location which runs FIRST Robotics outreach locally.  Also I will send any leftover food home with any students who show up to help.  (That could be quite a lot since we are under on attendance signups so far.)  If you can help out, please sign up for one of the volunteer spots on the website, thanks!!!  ~Elise

The Play Space is a partnership between Playing At Learning and California FIRST. The space serves as a home for all of FIRST in Northern California. The Play Space is the first of its kind in the world; a home for the entire range of FIRST programs, FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC), FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC), FIRST LEGO League (FLL) and Jr. FIRST LEGO League (JrFLL). The space serves as a focal point for more than 600 youth robotics teams, representing at least 5000 students, all aggressively engaged in learning about STEM careers.

The Silicon Valley Engineering Council, the alliance for engineering leaders in the Silicon Valley, serves as a collective focus to support your professional engineering organization and to serve the needs of your membership and the engineering education community in the San Francisco Bay Area.
