FIRST Robotics at SJSU Apr 2-5 needs volunteers!

Silicon Valley Regional FIRST Robotics Competition April 2nd - 5th, 2014 at the San Jose Event Center. We need at least 100 volunteers of all ages and talents to run the competition - referees, safety inspectors, crowd control, setup, check-in, etc. If you sign up right away you have a better chance at getting one of the more interesting positions as I need key slots filled right away!!! Please go to the website and update your profile if you haven't yet so I can assign you to a volunteer position. Make ABSOLUTELY sure you list Silicon Valley Regional competition as your chosen event or I won't be able to see your profile.

I need to get more volunteers signed up right away so we'll be ready. I **especially** need people to unload and build the field after 1pm on Wednesday April 2nd and to help Thursday April 3. If you think you may be able to help - whether just one or all those days - please sign up now! Forward this to anyone interested- whatever their background (college students, retired, anyone who can help!).
