St. John's Orienteering Event Sunday June 8

Hi O'ers , seems spring has finally arrived !

We had a great day on Sunday past, sunny and coolish - just right for running in the woods.

Results should be on the website ( www.sjoc.ca ) today; while you're there please register for this week's event. 

This week is the last of our shortened spring season so don't miss out on it. Event begins at 1:30 PM rain or shine and starts at the kiosk south of the Fluvarium, so park in the Fluvarium parking lot and walk down the trail a short distance. Maps are only $2 and beginners are welcome.

We're doing another Motala-type orienteering this week,  where participants do a loop of several controls and return to the start, continuing to do all of the other loops (up to 3 in total ). Should be fun.
