End of Year Plans and 5/18 meeting

Hi Chess Club,

This week's meeting will be very important for everyone. There will
be an officers meeting and a general club meeting to discuss a couple
of new topics that have been brought up. Among these are:

1) Elections for new officers
2) End of the Year Tournament
3) Switch to the Ladder Ranking system
4) More revisions to the Chess Club's current system.

Attendance at this meeting is highly recommended and will probably be
mandatory for anyone running for a position next year. We will be
looking for people with experience and good attendance when we make
the rules for running for an office.
