10+ years of experience in HR with strong focus on recruitment
Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
Experience in handling audits and HR operations
Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategy
Manage bulk and lateral hiring across departments
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory regulations
Handle PF, ESI, payroll compliance, and audits
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Partner with business leaders for workforce planning
Monitor recruitment metrics and improve hiring efficiency
Ensure smooth onboarding and employee lifecycle management
Handle HR audits and compliance documentation
Manage and mentor HR team members
