Position:    Sr. Solutions Consultant with Unified-CXM platform

Location:   Dallas, TX

Solutions Consultant at Sprinklr, you will be a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them create and implement

solutions that leverage Sprinklr’s Unified-CXM platform to deliver measurable business outcomes across marketing, social, and customer experience functions. 

Act as a key member of the account team for your territory, working directly with prospects and customers during sales cycles as a trusted advisor to build confidence and excitement around Sprinklr’s suite of products and integrations with customer systems
Understanding of AI and automation as applied to marketing and CX use cases.

Familiarity with data integration, API connectivity, and scalable solution design in mar-tech environments.

Lead discovery sessions to understand client goals, challenges, and desired outcomes across marketing, social media, customer care and CX.

Familiar with platforms such as CRM, Marketing Automation, Social Media Management, Business Intelligence and CCaaS, as well as integrations between systems.
