UFOs Over Woodbury
Sunday evening two separate witnesses observed unusual lights over Woodbury, Connecticut, sparking the interest of local papers and other residents. Wednesday we spoke with the editor of the Litchfield County Times as well as the Woodbury-Middlebury Patch website about the reports, and began to put the word out to the community encouraging anyone with something to add to contact us. So far we have been contacted by individuals who reported sightings similar to what was observed, although occurring on different days. We are presently in the process of gathering more information, and investigating to see whether these sightings may have been related or could even have been of the same object. We are also currently checking with local Air Traffic Control Centers to see if there were any known aircraft in the vicinity on Sunday night. Summer Skywatches Big Success – More To Come This summer’s Skywatch events have been a huge success, and the feedback has been so great that we have decided to add two Community Skywatch events on the calendar for August and September. The August Skywatch will take place in Orange on Saturday, August 25th beginning at 8:00pm. Currently we are looking at a few possible locations, and will update the calendar with the exact spot as soon as it is confirmed. September’s Skywatch may take place in a different area, and we are looking at the possibility of the Madison area, which was where we held one of our library programs in July. Be sure to keep an eye out on our website, Facebook page, and future Newslink Updates for details.

Book Club Begins Again This Month
In August we will be returning to our monthly Book Club, and to re-launch it we’ve chosen “The Only Three Things” by Robert Moss. This book explores the connection that we have with everything in our world, and the Universe, through extraordinary sources of direction, healing, and energy. “Often times we become so caught up in hurry and stress and other people’s schedules and expectations, we often lose touch with the deeper meaning of life. We become entangled in problems that cannot be solved on the level of thinking and being that we are on. We become strangers to magic, which is the art of reaching into a deeper reality and bringing gifts from it into the ordinary world. Through dreams, coincidence, and the workings of imagination, we begin to remember that there is a world beyond the obvious one, where we reawaken to who we are and what we are meant to become. Reawakening to that world is like discovering colors after living in black-and-white. That other world is actually the multidimensional universe within which our 3-D reality bobs like a rubber duck in a bathtub.” “Through the Three Only Things, we wake up to the secrets of creative living. We become conscious that we attract or repel people, events, and opportunities according to our energy and our state of mind. We come to grasp that there are no impermeable boundaries between inner and outer, subjective and objective. We remember that the passions of the soul work magic and that our best work is done in the spirit of play. All of these things are open secrets, knowledge that belongs to us — and can be used by us — as soon as we are ready to reclaim it. As we discover the powers of dreaming, the rules of coincidence, and the uses of imagination, we may regret that it took us so long to reclaim these tools for living — tools that are profoundly simple yet have the power to remake our lives and our world.” — (Book Club Member Review) Copies of The Three Only Things can be ordered through SGRA at the special Book Club price of $8.00 before August 10th.
