New Years Note
Welcome to 2013! Yes, we realize that the New Year was over two weeks ago now, but it has taken us a little time to get back in to the swing of things. Unfortunately, following the holiday break several of our SGRA Team were sick at the same time so we had to postpone a number of events. And as things began to clear up health-wise this week, the weather had forced us to delay us getting back to our regular schedule again! But, we’re working on it!
We do have a lot in store for 2013, from increasing the number and locations of regular SGRA meetings, to expanding online features so that even more people from anywhere can tune in and participate in events, to launching an SGRA radio show very soon! The last few months of 2012 were busy and packed with strange happenings for us, and that trend doesn’t look to slow down in the coming year. Thank you, as always, for your continued support and we look forward to continuing our efforts in 2013 and beyond!
Recent Northeast UFO Sightings
Within the last two weeks our investigation team has been tracking an interesting spike in UFO reports throughout the Northeast, and especially in CT, MA, and NH. Several of these sightings have been extremely similar, ranging from observations of orb-like glowing lights to triangular-shaped craft, and in nearly every instance there have been multiple witnesses. We have spoken with Air Traffic Control officials, as well as military officials, whom have all stated that there were no aircraft in the vicinity of the areas where these sightings took place on the times in which we questioned them about. Presently we are conducting more detailed research into five of these sightings, and will be posting additional information as well as outlines of the incidents on our website and Facebook page over this coming weekend. SGRA Table At Greenwich Psychic Fair
This Sunday, January 20th, we will be taking part in the PHD Psychic Fair being held at the Greenwich Hyatt Regency Hotel in Greenwich, CT. Along with some fundraising items, we will also have information about SGRA activities, and be available to answer your questions or talk about paranormal subjects. Sunday Online Chat Scheduled
In response to the increased UFO sightings in the Northeast we’ve decided to devote one of our Sunday ParaChats to the subject. Over 20 sightings in total over a period of only about 3 months have taken place, each with several eyewitnesses as well as even some photographic and video evidence to be analyzed. On Sunday we’ll be discussing this interesting trend, as well as exploring some possible explanations of what may be behind these reports.
