Meet The TGRA Team, Sunday in Southbuy

meet the team.jpgThis Sunday, September 30th, come join us for our next "Meet The Team" night, at Starbucks Coffee (775 South Main Street) in Southbury, CT, from 7:00pm - 9:00pm! Find out about recent investigation news from the Litchfield County, learn about our upcoming events - including our "Exploring Unsolved Mysteries" class - find out how to get involved with SGRA, and of course meet our team and ask questions!

We host these events throughout Connecticut as a way to reach out to the public and show everyone just what it is we do here at SGRA. It's also a great way to mix and mingle with like-minded people from your area. These events also help us to decide what types of future programs and other activities people from specific areas may be interested in seeing done. So your input and suggestions are always welcome!

There is no charge to attend the SGRA Evening, and everyone who comes by will be entered in a FREE RAFFLE for their choice of awesome and fact-filled paranormal book and exclusive SGRA Mug!

There is no RSVP neccessary, however if you'd like more information or directions, please feel free to contact us at sg...@sgra.org or (203) 987  - SGRA. We'll see you there! Click here for directions

Psychic Fair Sunday in Danbury 11 – 6

This Sunday, before our “Meet The Team” event in Southbury, we’ll be taking part in the last PHD Psychic Fair (www.ctpsychics.com) of September, being held from 11-6 the Maron Hotel, 42 Lake Avenue Extension, in Danbury (click for directions).

*Note – Due to the hectic October SGRA schedule, we are unsure of what dates next month we will be participating in PHD fairs

Vampires, Witches, & Werewolves Comes To Torrington

dark woods.jpgDid you know that here in Connecticut there are legends of vampires, witches, and even werewolves written about in our history!?! It’s true… and on Thursday, September 27th at 6:00pm we’re going to be filling you in on all the information you’ll need to know!

These are not topics we think about as having such history here, but in fact there's a lengthy history with all of these creatures that extends into our distant past, as well as our more recent history! Sponsored by the Community Foundation of Northwest Connecticut. Part of the History's Mysteries 2012 Series!

The Torrington Library is at 12 Daycoeton Place, Torrington, CT (click for map), and registration is requested so that the library can plan for the number of people. Please note – we get a HUGE turnout in Torrington, so we suggest registering early. Call the library at 860.489.6684 to register. If space is filled, you can contact us directly at sg...@sgra.org as we do save seats for some members, but those seats are limited.
