It’s finally arrived… our Connecticut UFO Day 2012 has landed!

Join us as we celebrate our annual summer UFO Day at Captain’s Cove Seaport in Bridgeport THIS Saturday, July 21, from 11:00am – 6:00pm. UFO Day is a family-fun afternoon with crafts and activities for kids, displays and discussions for adults, and unique UFO-themed gifts for everyone. If you have ever wondered about UFO phenomena, how sightings of objects are investigated to determine if they can be explained, what sort of things have been seen in the last year here in Connecticut, than this event is just for you. Investigators from the SGRA are on hand to answer your questions or talk to you about sightings you may have had, whether past or recent, and tell you about reports we have had that are similar – maybe even the same thing that you reported.

You Never Know Who You’ll Meet

Here’s an example of what you can take part in at UFO Day:

·         Visitors (from all planets) can check out a multimedia “traveling exhibit” packed with information on Connecticut UFOs both historical and recent cases, video clips of incidents which remain “unexplained,” interviews with astronauts, pilots, and scientists on their views of the UFO phenomena, and get a hands-on look at just how investigators from the SGRA track local sightings.

·          Interactive discussions will take place every hour inviting visitors to hear from the staff of the SGRA on aspects of UFO research from local cases, to the methods of investigating, to different viewpoints on what’s really behind the sightings of strange craft in the skies.

·         Kids of all ages can take part in fun craft activities, including creating their own UFOs, designing an alien, creating crop circles, and so much more.

So where’s the fun taking place? Glad you asked!
